CHANDLER, Ariz., August 25, 2026 — Vensure Employer Solutions, the largest privately held organization in the HR technology and services sector, today announced that PrismHR, a Vensure company and leading HR technology software provider for PEOs, ASOs and payroll service providers, has been named to TIME’s inaugural list of America’s Top WorkTech Companies for 2026.

Ranking No. 11 overall out of approximately 5,000 companies considered, PrismHR placed among the top 1% of WorkTech organizations recognized for their impact on how businesses hire, manage and support their workforces.

America’s Top WorkTech Companies is TIME’s first ranking dedicated to the technology reshaping how U.S. businesses hire, manage and support their workforces. Developed in partnership with Statista, the list highlights organizations delivering measurable impact across HR technology, payroll, workforce management and employee experience.

“This recognition reflects the strength of the technology and innovation across our organization, as well as PrismHR’s leadership in helping service providers deliver HR, payroll and benefits solutions to millions of workers nationwide,” said Alex Campos, Chief Executive Officer of Vensure Employer Solutions. “We’re continuing to invest in solutions that help our clients operate more efficiently, adapt to changing workforce needs and create better experiences for both employers and employees.”

PrismHR serves as the technology backbone for PEOs, ASOs and payroll service providers nationwide, supporting HR, payroll, benefits, compliance and employee experience for millions of worksite employees. Long recognized as a leader in the PEO software market, PrismHR has expanded its position as an innovative, bureau-focused Human Capital Management (HCM) technology provider for for service providers seeking a single platform that can help them scale their business.

TIME partnered with Statista to gather and review data from roughly 5,000 U.S. companies through desk research, application forms and partnerships with other data and market intelligence firms. Companies were evaluated based on financial strength and industry impact, which were weighted equally and combined into an overall score. The 250 highest-scoring companies earned a place on the final list.

“It’s an honor to be recognized on TIME’s list of America’s Top WorkTech Companies,” said Michael DeLessio, President of PrismHR. “This recognition reflects the trust that PEOs, ASOs and payroll service providers place in PrismHR every day, and the work our team has put into building technology that helps strengthen America’s workforce and enables businesses across the country to create better workplace experiences.”

This recognition follows a period of significant innovation and growth for PrismHR.

  • AI Innovation: Unveiled at the Stevie Award-winning PrismHR LIVE 2026 conference in June, PrismHR introduced Prism Intelligence (Pi), an AI-powered intelligence layer built into the core of its platform, alongside Prisma, an embedded AI assistant. Together, the solutions help service providers and employers move beyond manual, disconnected processes toward a more automated and connected approach to managing HR, payroll and compliance operations.
  • Global Expansion: That same month, PrismHR launched PrismHR Global, bringing Employer of Record (EOR) services, contractor management and workforce administration together within a single platform. The solution enables service providers to support clients expanding into more than 175 countries while maintaining a streamlined operating model.

Together, these investments reflect PrismHR’s ongoing commitment to helping service providers scale their businesses, operate more efficiently and deliver greater value to the employers they serve.

In addition to PrismHR’s recognition, Namely, another Vensure company, was also included on TIME’s inaugural list of America’s Top WorkTech Companies for 2026.
