Setup Instructions

Gives you full access to your payroll and HR information—anytime you need it, on any device you choose.

Easily see your pay stubs, check your PTO balance, view your benefits, or review tax documents from your mobile device. And that’s just the beginning. Manage your work life efficiently.

For Employees:

  • Intuitively navigate with quick links at the top and view all the essentials right on the home page.
  • Request time off, view time off balances, time sheets and work schedules.
  • Find your teammates through the convenient org chart and directory.
  • View pay stubs and pay history easily.
  • Enroll in benefits and view benefits summary.
  • Access HR and tax documents such as W-2s.
  • Clock in/out effortlessly with one swipe (if applicable).
  • Locate your internal HR support contacts quickly.

For Managers:

  • See a high-level overview of employee onboarding activities.
  • Review pending PTO requests and approve quickly.
  • Access your team’s work schedules and timecards effortlessly.

Step-By-Step Setup Instructions

STEP 1

Download the App

The VensureONE Mobile App is available for Apple (App Store) and Android devices (Google Play).

Download the appropriate app for your device:

Set PIN and Scan Biometric (if desired)

If desired, you can set up your PIN and/or biometrics.

Upon first download, you will be taken to a PIN setup page.

Create and confirm your 4-digit PIN code to proceed.

On the next page, you’ll have the option to continue just with your PIN or set up your biometrics. Biometrics are strongly recommended.

To enable biotmetrics, tap the biometrics toggle and validate with your phone’s biometrics (FaceID or Fingerprint Sensor).

Once you’ve validated with your PIN or biometrics, you will be taken to a new screen, Scan QR Code.

STEP 2

Locate Your Access Code

Log into your web portal as you normally would on a desktop or mobile browser.

Go to the My Tools dropdown at the top right of the page and you will see a QR Code.

Set Up the App

Open the app and set up access by using the Scan QR Code button.

Grant camera access to the VensureONE mobile app and scan the QR code on your web portal.

VensureONE mobile app will sign you into your account.

 

Switch Account
(if applicable)

If you have more than one account because you work for more than one company and you’d like to change which account you’re viewing:

  • Go to the Navigation page and select “Switch Account” to deregister from your current login.
  • Scan the QR Code for the account you want to log into, similar to your initial setup.

Note: You will not have to set up a new PIN or re-register your biometrics.
