We wanted to remind employers that on March 13, 2024, Indiana modified its Veterans Benefits and Services Information to include (1) a consultation between the Department of Labor and the Department of Veteran Affairs and (2) a modification to the mandatory poster to include certain information in the form and manner specified by the law.

The poster is mandatory for employers with 50 or more full-time employees.
